Every Sunday morning our small groups get together to enjoy a time of fellowship, coffee, and a Bible study from God’s Word. Check out the available ABF’s below to find which one fits you best and what time it meets.

Young Singles: 18-24
Impact is where we meet to grow together, and be equipped to go out into our schools, our jobs, our world – for the cause of Christ. Join us during summers as we get equipped, encouraged and sent to be a light to the world.

Young Singles: 25-35
Single Vision is a group of believers who are just starting careers, or seeing them through to the next great steps in their life. Come be a part and find community, a place where you fit in just fine as we fix our eyes on Jesus.

Young Marrieds: 20-34
Couples for Christ is the stepping stone to more of life’s adventures where we can all do life together as we learn the ropes of married life and establish families with the only sure foundation, the solid Rock of Christ.

Young Parents: 29-32 (Newborns - K5)
Family Foundations is our youngest parenting fellowship where families can help families in establishing their household for generations to come. Begin the walk with others navigating the start of parenthood as we raise our children according to God’s Word.
LL6 and LL7 @ 10:30am
Young Parents: 29-39 (1st - 6th Grade)
Home Builders is where practical parenting meets biblical truth. Fellowship with families who have gone before us as we grow our children together in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Teen Room @ 10:30am
Adults: 40-49
Life Share is a fellowship for some of the greatest and most challenging times in life. Receive real biblical solutions that can survive in the real world as we share the gift of Jesus with our families, our neighbors and our world.

Adults: 50-59
Life is full of change, join a fellowship of believers who are walking with you through every season of life. God has equipped us and is able to see us through all of life’s twists and turns, come be a part as we serve Jesus together.

Adults: 60-69
Encouragers is a fellowship for some of the most rewarding times of life, join us as we walk it together. God has positioned us uniquely to be able to prepare those in our lives for the life ahead, as we encourage to press on in Christ.

The world changes, but God stays the same, New Horizons is a place for those new opportunities God gives us to continue to be a light for the gospel. Jesus is faithful – join our fellowship as we are faithful to Him.
The Commons (LL1) @ 9:00am
Adults: 80+
We have run the race and Jesus is faithful. We have wisdom to give and the Lord hasn’t finished His work in us. Join our fellowship of Seasoned Saints, as we celebrate what God has done in our lives and His faithfulness.

Lamar Eifert
Adult Ministries Pastor
Pastor Eifert joined the VFBT staff in 1998 as an Associate Pastor of Family Ministries and Counseling after being a deacon at VFBT for the prior 4 years. He opened the Valley Forge Biblical Counseling Center (VFBCC) in 2013 and serves as Director. He also oversees the Adult Bible Fellowship ministry and teaches the 50-59 year olds.
